ارائه یک روش جامع برای طراحی ماشین رلوکتانس سنکرون

چکیده

ساختار روتور ماشین رلوکتانس سنکرون دارای پیچیدگی زیادی در طراحی می‌باشد. این پیچیدگی‌ها باعث عدم ارائه یک روش طراحی جامع برای این ماشین با تعداد شیارهای مختلف روتور و استاتور شده است. درواقع محققان با آزمون‌وخطا و یا الگوریتم‌های بهینه‌سازی زمان‌بر و پیچیده، حالت بهینه را جهت حصول بیشینه گشتاور و کمینه ریپل آن به­دست می‌آورند. یکی از مشکلات این موتور ریپل بالای گشتاور آن می‌باشد که نیاز است در فرآیند طراحی با انتخاب مناسب پارامترهای طراحی روتور، دامنه آن کاهش یابد که این امر فرآیند طراحی را پیچیده می‌نماید. در این مقاله روش تحلیل جدیدی، جهت طراحی روتور ماشین رلوکتانس سنکرون با هدف کاهش ریپل گشتاور با حفظ مقدار متوسط گشتاور ارائه می‌شود. بدین منظور روش ارائه‌شده برای طراحی روتور یک استاتور 24 شیار، با روتورهای 2، 3 و 4 سد شاری موردمطالعه قرار می­­گیرد. پارامترهای به­دست‌آمده با این روش بسیار نزدیک به مقادیر حاصل از مراجع قبلی -روش‌های بهینه‌سازی به­همراه روش اجزای محدود- می‌شود. در ادامه برای ارزیابی موتور طراحی‌شده با این روش، عملکرد الکترومغناطیسی آن با استفاده از روش اجزای محدود شبیه‌سازی و نتایج آن بررسی می­­گردد. مشاهده می‌شود که گشتاور تولیدی و ریپل آن نیز بسیار نزدیک به مقادیر مطلوب به­ دست‌آمده از روش‌های زمان‌بر و پیچیده قبلی است.
