ارائه یک ریزالور دو درجه آزادی برای حرکت خطی دو بعدی

چکیده

امروزه در سرومکانیزم‌های صنعتی، سامانه‌های الکترومغناطیسی با حرکت ترکیبی، با کاربرد فزاینده‌ای مواجه‌اند. این سامانه‌ها، عمدتاً، با دو درجه آزادی کار می‌کنند. در این محرکه‌ها، به منظور افزایش توان حجمی ناگزیر از آهنربا استفاده می‌شود. به منظور انجام کموتاسیون الکترونیکی بهینه و کنترل موقعیت بخش متحرک، سیستم کنترل باید موقعیت مرکز بخش متحرک را داشته باشد. در این پژوهش، تشخیص مختصات این نقطه، با استفاده از مجموعه‌ای از سلسین‌های 90 درجه خطی (ریزالورهای خطی)، بررسی می‌شود. ریزالور خطی نوعی حسگر موقعیت است که قابلیت کارکرد در محیط‌های با آلودگی‌های صنعتی را دارد. اما برای تعیین مختصات کارتزین مرکز بخش متحرک، استفاده از دو ریزالور خطی با چالش‌هایی مواجه است. مطالعه حاضر، ضمن بررسی این چالش‌ها و به منظور رفع آنها، ساختار نوینی را پیشنهاد می‌کند. این تحقیق، کارایی ریزالور پیشنهادی را در مقابل استفاده از دو ریزالور خطی در تعیین موقعیت مرکز بخش متحرک، نشان‌ می‌دهد. این کارایی، در شبیه‌سازی‌های اجزای محدود سه بعدی و مقایسه با تست‌های عملی، نمایان است.

چکیده [English]

Nowadays electromagnetic systems with combined motions are increasingly used in industrial servomechanisms. These systems generally work with two-degree of freedom and their actuators employ permanent magnets (PMs) to improve the power density requirements. The position of the moving part’s center is required for optimal electronic commutation and control of the PM actuators. In this paper, determination of the coordinates of the mover’s center using 90-degree linear Selsyns (linear resolvers) is sought. Linear resolvers are position sensors that are compatible to work in harsh industrial environments. However, there are some challenges in using two individual linear resolvers for such applications. Therefore, in this paper after discussing those challenges, a new configuration is proposed to overcome them. The success of the proposed planar resolver is verified by 3-dimentional time stepping finite element analysis and experimental measurements.
