[English]

This research presents a new design of nonlinear demultiplexers. Three square nonlinear ring resonators are used in this structure. The rods used in the structure are made of silicon, and the nonlinear rods inside the resonators are made of contaminated glass. In this structure, the optical Kerr effect is used, which controls the optical behavior of the nonlinear demultiplexer. The proposed structure has a non-linear demultiplexer that can create several quantized discrete levels. The analysis of the proposed nonlinear demultiplexer has been investigated using PWE and FDTD methods. The proposed structure has a dimension of 324 µm2 as well as a sampling rate of 125 Gs/s with minimal leakage losses. Also, due to its nonlinear property, this structure can be used in all-optical analog-to-digital converters (ADC).
