In this study, the SS and LCC-S compensating networks in the wireless power transmission circuit have been investigated. The relationship between coupling coefficient and diameter of circular pads and finding the appropriate coupling coefficient for power transfer with maximum and minimum power change with selected compensators was investigated. The aerial distance in power transmission has an inverse relationship with the coupling coefficient. The circular pad is highly sensitive to changes in the coupling coefficient. The aerial distance and the lack of complete overlap of the two pads reduce the efficiency and transmission power. Therefore, in order to ensure the efficiency of the circuit in the most appropriate case, different compensatory networks were investigated in terms of efficiency and power changes, voltage and output current changes, dependence on coupling coefficient and degree of freedom for imposing limitations. In this study, the performance of wireless power transmission with a power of 3 kW is improved. As a result, it improved the efficiency of the converter and reduced the instantaneous changes in current and voltage. The results have been reviewed and confirmed using PSIM software. To confirm the design and simulation results, a 120 W prototype was simulated and constructed with an LCC-S compensator.
