In this research, the electromagnetic characteristics of a twisted elliptical waveguide, EW77, filled with plasma and bounded by Perfect Electric Conductor and Perfect Magnetic Conductor walls are numerically investigated using COMSOL Multiphysics. The behavior of electromagnetic fields in the presence of plasma, along with the controllability of transmission and reflection characteristics in the X-band frequency range, is examined.For each configuration, the dispersion relation and scattering parameters are plotted over a specified frequency range. The behavior of electromagnetic fields for different twist rates and frequencies is analyzed using the finite element method based simulation approach.The numerical and simulation results indicate that the twisted EW77 waveguide exhibits low reflection and high power transmission. Furthermore, the presence of plasma leads to change in the reflection and transmission of power at specific frequencies.
