تحلیل و طراحی فیلتر موج‌بری تیغه فریتی بالاگذر با حذف یک محدوده فرکانسی قابل تنظیم

چکیده

در این مقاله، یک فیلتر جدید بالاگذر موج‌بری با تیغه فریتی به میزبانی دی‌الکتریک با حذف یک محدوده فرکانسی تنظیم­پذیر تحلیل و طراحی شده است. باند گذر اول این فیلتر در محدوده­­ فرکانسی که ساختار پیشنهادی دارای خاصیت چپ‌گردی هست، حاصل می­شود. دلیل خاصیت چپ‌گردی به­خاطر منفی شدن هم‌زمان نفوذپذیری منفی فریت و ضریب گذردهی نسبی ساختار به­دلیل خاصیت پلازمونیکی موج‌بر زیر فرکانس قطع می­باشد. باند ممنوعه فیلتر پیشنهادی در محدوده­­ فرکانسی صورت می­گیرد که نفوذپذیری مثبت شده اما گذردهی نسبی همچنان منفی می­باشد. با مثبت شدن گذردهی نسبی موج‌بر، ساختار ارائه‌شده همانند یک موج‌بر عادی که دارای خاصیت راست‌گرد می­باشد، عمل کرده و به‌عنوان یک فیلتر بالاگذر رفتار می­کند. محدوده فرکانسی حذف‌شده (باند ممنوعه) در فیلتر پیشنهادی به­دلیل خاصیت تنظیم‌پذیری فریت­ها با بایاس مغناطیسی، می‌تواند در یک بازه مشخص کنترل شود. استفاده از این روش تنظیم‌پذیری پیچیدگی سامانه کنترل خارجی را به‌طور چشم­گیر کاهش می­دهد. برای تحلیل فیلتر موج‌بری پیشنهادی ابتدا با استفاده از حل معادلات ماکسول و
به­دست­آوردن توزیع میدان الکتریکی و مغناطیسی نواحی داخل آن و اعمال شرایط مرزی، معادله مشخصه آن را به­دست آورده و سپس با حل عددی این معادله، نمودار پاشندگی ساختار به­دست آورده می­شود. در ادامه برای تائید حل تحلیلی، ساختار پیشنهادی با استفاده از نرم‌افزار Ansoft HFSS مورد شبیه­سازی قرار گرفته و در پایان پارامترهای پراکندگی آن مورد بررسی قرار گرفته می­شود.
